Terms and Conditions
A deposit for the amount of the first night’s accommodation, payable by credit/debit card, is normally required to secure a reservation. If confirmation is made by letter, email or verbally without a deposit being taken, our full conditions still apply.
In the event of cancellation the following applies:
- Cancellation prior to 7 days of arrival may incur a charge of the first night accommodation.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or a no show incurs a charge of 100% of the accommodation cost for the period booked.
We may choose not to debit your Credit/Debit Card until your arrival when the full amount becomes payable. We strongly recommend that adequate insurance cover is taken out to avoid losses if cancellations have to be made.
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate children younger than 10 years of age unless by prior arrangement. Please note that all our rooms sleep a maximum of two persons per room. The Garden Cottage is separate to the main house and sleeps a maximum of four persons ONLY.
Corunna has a NO SMOKING policy throughout – a cleaning charge of up to £250 is payable by any guest smoking in our rooms. Guests may be charged for losses or damage caused.
Unfortunately, due to allergic reactions we cannot permit pets. (Please let us know in advance if you require the use of assistance dogs).

Check In is between 4pm and 7pm. If for reasons beyond your control you have to arrive outside of these hours it is important that you contact us so that we can endeavor to arrange an earlier or later check in for you.
Check Out is by 10:00am – a later checkout may be available by arrangement.
Please be aware: A surcharge covering additional bank charges may be applied to all credit card payments. We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods. You will be advised of any variations at the time of booking.
